Refund Policy

At Velvet Allure Cabaret, we are committed to creating a luxurious, one-of-a-kind experience for our guests. To ensure the integrity of our events and the artists who make them possible, we maintain a strict no refund policy on all ticket purchases.

 

 

1. All Sales Are Final

 

 

Once a ticket is purchased, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. We cannot provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

 

• Scheduling conflicts

• Change of plans

• Transportation issues

• Illness or personal emergencies

 

 

 

2. Event Changes

 

 

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be honored for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, your ticket may be applied toward a future Velvet Allure Cabaret event at management’s discretion.

 

 

3. Event Cancellations

 

 

In the rare event that a show is fully canceled (not rescheduled), guests will be notified, and tickets may be credited toward a future Velvet Allure Cabaret production. 

 

 

4. Entry & Conduct

 

 

Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and time listed. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who disrupts the experience. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
